You are correct, I have never driven a broke down tractor. But I do own 5 antique crawlers. One I have never driven because it is broke down. The others I have driven and are in various states of disrepair.
Even a perfectly restored and running TD 18 only had so much value. More for collecting than running.
Of your package the lowboy may be the most valuable part. But all we know is it�s a tandem axle.
In the market I am in, the truck is worth about $2500. Assuming it runs and will pass a safety inspection.
