The stuck clutch will cost more like 2000 (I owned one and it required $1000 Tfix
the right steering clutch in 1978. New drive and driven disks. there is a
massive spring in that clutch that requires radical pressure to compress it enough
to get the snap rings out. Each disk, 15 if I recall, had to be drilled and
pulled out with a self tapping screw. Do you have a reason to own it? if you
intend to sell it, after repair do not do this. Jim
