I purchased a couple of Oliver cylinders to clean up and use. One had hose and no couplers so it has been exposed to the elements. The ram is stuck. When I removed the hoses water came out. Is it worth it to dump some penetrant in there to free it up or is it junk? The other cylinder cleaned up and works fine. I have Olivers so thats why I got them.
