Super 99, don�t waste your time any longer, simply soak your parts in a 9 to 1 ratio of water and molasses. I use a 500 gallon cattle watering trough coated with 6 mil plastic drop cloth, the solution reacts with the galvanized tub. After 3 days take a look, you will be amazed, no rust will be seen! Experiment with a small batch, my wire wheel days are gone! Be fast when removing as the part will flash rust. I blow the part dry in front of a propane heater and have no problem with the rust which is also easy to kill with Ospho.
