Lots of comments. I always spray the day I mix it, so I can't comment on that, but I mix at 3 ounces/gallon in my backpack sprayer. I use the 51% concentrate which is the strongest you can buy. RoundUp takes a long time to show results in my opinion. I walk my 35 acres of woods spraying autumn olive and bush honeysuckle. 10 days later I sometimes see results. The funny thing is that bush honeysuckle will look healthy for a long time after spraying, but if I kick the bush the leaves fall off. Ellis
