You realize they have ready for use mixed products and are good for 4+ years. Concentrate has at least an 8 year shelf life. Freezing does not affect the product (glyphosphate), it will thaw and turn back into a solution.
After it's mixed and stored it doesn't really lose it's strength, but the surfactant included in the product will start breaking down around 6mos or so unless you used purified water, its the impurities in water that break down the surfactant. With the loss of the surfactant, it might seem less effective.
