USPS is all over the place. Sometimes they deliver ahead of schedule, sometimes never, as in your case. Of all things I had a registered letter get lost. They admitted they lost track of it but it Took my secretary days of time, over a 3 month period, to prove what was in it and that it was worth the $300 I insured it for. After 2 denials and 2 appeals, I finally was paid 3 months later. On the bright side, they do deliver a lot so packages on schedule.
