We have Anderson casements and Anderson has replaced about 1/2 plus of them in within the 20yr warranty but since warranty is out have several others that steams up on the inside, glass panes too close together in center of window. I have never had any leaks. The ones not replaced the warranty is gone now, and I'm going to check with them and see what the sashes alone would run. They even replaced roof window that streamed up. Built the house in 1991,the windows have a nailing flange that is under the brick so replacing to studs would be hard to do.
