I was under the understanding the first trailer in a set of doubles like camper and fishing boat trailer the camper would have to be on a fifthwheel. If that is so then how can the link deal even be legal to use? I know a guy I worked for cutting wheat one year had a combine trailer he hooked a grain cart to with the tractor setting on the combine trailer pulled them both at once. When we got to SD they told him he had to have the first trailer on a fifthwheel or not pull them together. On the trip to SD he had put the cart behind the trailer with the combine on it. And used the farmers tractor on the cart.
