Wow. The fellow who drinks 3 gals of water would never make it in California. A human bladder holds about a pint. Gallon is 8 pints. 3 gals is 24 pints. Now I know we sweat and exhale a lot of water. Anyone want to guess how much? I'm going to pick a number out of thin air here and say it's about 1/3 of what we drink - more in summer, less in winter. That's still 16 flushes. Using my average of 2.5 gpf that's 40 gals per day plus the 3 you drank. Of course since most here are guys we can go behind the shed. That would save a LOT of water. Probably enough to wash a tractor or the dog if it rolls in some nasty stuff. Or let our wives take longer showers. But then they'd contrive a way to get us for polluting. Not me. I'm going to stay right here in Minnesota.
