I forgot and it's already been mentioned, but Benadryl should help too. I used to get it real bad. Do not go potty if you are out in the stuff, if you need to use the bathroom, don't, haha. I used to always go to a doctor and get the steroids and whatever rash cream they prescribed. Anyway I hardly get it at all anymore, still do but not bad. Strangely when I get it now, it's usually only a few spots on my forearms and small of the back. I heard there was a vaccine in the works, but not sure when it will be released, that can be a game changer if it's effective.
