I get all sorts of nutty project ideas too, so far from me to criticize, and if you were doing it for fun and making a toy or a show tractor, I'd be all for it.
For a working tractor in 2020, not so much!
To start with, you'll need a clutch housing adapter with frame rails to attach the front axle to, and a way to set up a governor, and Lord knows what all else!.
