morning: Your off school early compared to the ones here, today is their final, we got about 4 inches and colder so it stayed so far, looking at a + temp on the weekend. I just took the mower off and put the winch on but no chains yet, and NSPC/Forestry crew drove in...they are widening the right of way 17ft per side through my back land. SO in exchange for using my access roads, they are cutting anything larger than 3+-4 inches into 5 or 16 ft lengths and bringing it out to my pit area. guess I won't be in the woods this winter, or next:) nah I still have way to many blow downs to get out, hardwood is going for $250 a cord, processed and delivered, pine logs only hitting the $350+ maybe range. Here I am looking forward to 5 days of teaching in the new year...school is cool they used to say..:) keep your stick on the ice
