I wish some body had sprayed those weeds -- hard to see but looks like the control/shiftier lever broke and some body tried to fix it by wrapping wire around it -- which of course didn't hold-- must have been a Dr as he tried to put a splint on it. There is a safety shield on the left side so originally there were probably other shields. Funny as to how peoples minds work -- I am fascinated by the mechanism --- some body else is thinking of chocolate.
