It all depends on how straight and solid they are. Like others said, most yard trees are not worth much and/or mills don�t want them , if that is the case. As a hobbyist woodworker, I don�t mind buying a standing tree and having a portable mill saw it up for me. The caveat is I don�t want to pay too much, since the risk is on me if the tree doesn�t make much good lumber, and if the sawyer hits anything, I�m on the hook for damaged blades. Most any large scale operation has little to no interest in only 3 trees.
