That's an older video we took when we were taking back some of our fields. We had other folks paying us to cut and keep the hay for themselves as our cattle had gone down the road years before. What you see in that video is the pitiful first cutting yield after a field has been mined out of nutrients. Hay folks would come-in, cut the hay and not put anything back. At some point, they all lost interest and that's when I started haying the place. So it's just field mixed grass. We killed it off and over several years brought it back to some great hay ground. Our fields start out as timothy and as the legacy seed bed sprouts orchard grass, bluegrass, fescue and others, we label our hay as timothy mixed grass and then at some point start over. I've got some fields in the fall of 2020 that will get a new life. we sell all of our hay, square bales, 95% to horse customers and the rest to goat, rabbit and cow customers.
