The #2 wire on the bat lug is the best place for it as this will give you the lowest voltage output. I see many Delco 10SI regulators that run 15 volts,so 15.2 is no problem. It may pay to try another voltmeter as yours may read a bit high. 15.2V( if the meter is accurate) is 1 volt above the ideal 14.2. I only see that as a problem if the tractor sees many long hours of warm weather running between starts. In cold weather and short runs it should keep the battery full better than a lower setting. Make sure you are checking voltage at the battery posts.
