Not needed on that kind of engine. When it was new the oil didn't have zinc (non detergent oil in the 40s and early 50s). The zinc is only needed with the high performance valve springs that put a huge amount of pressure on the flat tappet lifters. Most (all?) tractors do not have the high performance valve springs as high RPMs are rare occurrence with stock tractor engines.
