White 2-105 engine rebuild

Started my white 2-105 up after a total
rebuild carrying good oil pressure let run
for 15mins i turned it off and was just
looking around and checked the nut on the
front pulley and it was so hot I couldn't
keep my finger on it is this normal after a
rebuild? I plastigage all the bearings all
was good so not sure what is going on.. i
pulled to pulley and timeing cask off to
make sure nothing was rubing and eveything
looked fine so i droped the oil pan and
took #1 #4 main and #1 #5 rods caps off and
they look great everything looks like its
geting oil anyone run into this befor?
