I bought an old Case 310G this past weekend, got a great deal on her too, $800 and just need to adjust the brakes, adjust a track, and mess with the carb a bit! She has been sitting for a couple years so I'm planning on doing some maintenance. I'm looking at doing a carb rebuilt, fuel filter, plugs, wires, oil change, check all other fluid levels and lube everything that has a fitting. It also came with the service manual, operators manual, and parts catalog. Anything else I should replace/tune up before putting her back into service?
