I feed it for a few yr. to beef cows . it was cheap and they wintered real good on it . I had to spinkle regular grain on it to get them started eating it but after awhile they dug right in . The place we got it contracted it out to one man and we had to buy from him and it was`nt long and it was cheaper to go get regular feed . I would use it again if the price is right . The food value is not the best so it cant be the sole source of there diet .
