I maintain approximately half a mile pf this type of road and what I do is after a good rain I set the blade at a steep angel and use the leveling arm on tractor to get about 2to 3 inches lower on the leading side. I plow down each side with the result being a high center of the road. I then reverse the blade level it and pulling with the blade backward level out the center which provides the crown. to reduce or eliminate the washboard effect do not plow/grade the surface with the blade straight across the road as the chatter bouncing amplifies the washboarding.
