Actually Agro, who is the owner of Landini bought everything in Europe that CNH Global had to divest itself of. They bought the Doncaster plant with it's products, and McCormick name. They also bought the Laverda combine line, and the Neustadt baler line, and factories. The C,CX.MXc,and MX (for Europe only)are still being built by McCormick Tractors International for CIH presently. Landini is distrbuting them in Canada, and using existing CIH dealers as McC is doing in Europe(was part of the sales deal, but did not include the US)Vermeer has just recently been named as US dustributors through their existing dealer network. The only engine difference is in the MTX vs the MX. the MTX has a Perkins, all of the others had Perkins engines already whether they were CIH or McC. They are painted a different shade of red,and are silver instead of black like the CIH.
