When I was a kid in the early seventies we used to try to find a car bumper to grab and get a ride we used to call it toe-gee this was in central New York .The funest part of the game was you got your buddy to distract your potential driver and then he didnt know you were there .In Idaho I have talked to people about this and they call this hookie-bob. Life is great when you are a stupid kid!
