Miles of clear visibility, broad daylight, SMV sign, 3 sets of blinky lights on back, top and outermost points, strobe lights and I'M THE SIZE OF A HOUSE!!! and people will still run up on you from either direction and slam on their brakes like they never saw you. I really don't know what adding a stupid little white sticker with a number on it is going to do to help fix stupid between the ears of someone in their car not paying attention.
