Les; I built my shop for $4,800.00 complete. It was 18 X 28 with 9ft walls, 12' role up door, 2-36" Steel walk in doors, 5-windows, pre/built trusses deliverd, 6/12 pitch metal roof with plywood under it, plywood siding, electrical plugs every 4 ft., 8-overhead lights. It took less than 80 hrs to build it by myself (a Case of beer got some help to stand 4-walls in 30 mins)including the 18 X 30 concrete slab (paid 200.00 for 3 guys to finish the concrete & 100.00 to dig the hill out and footings, I did the forms). If I had paid someone to do it would have cost about $20.000.00! I figure I was paid about $187.00 a hour to build it! Not a bad savings and now I have a nice shop for my tractor to work on and since it snowed last night again, the tractor is clean and ready to go out and do some plowing. My permit was 20.00 and made my own plans (stick built 2X6 framed) Realy the cheapest way of building if you want wood walls and all new materials. P.S. Less than the cost of a restored tractor and now I have a place to restore one in. Mark H.

We have already talked about some of the colors the unit might leave as clues to its well-being. Now we are going to use our noses to diagnose particular smells. ELECTRICAL SMELLS
