My DC has no meter but has to have many thousands of hours on it, I couldn't even guess. But it's been in almost daily use since 1955 when dad bought it. Didn't have as much use for a while when I wasn't farming, but it's back to almost daily use again and still my most reliable tractor. I did put a new water pump in it last winter. I also have an 830 that shows 7600 hours on a working mechanical tach and doesn't look like it's been apart and is in the shape to suggest that it hasn't as it's pretty tired. I just got it tho, so I can't say what has been done. You also have to take into account the difference between mechanical hour meters and electric as there is a big difference in how fast they count up hours, especially for light use machines.
