Out on the heater box under the hood near the blower is a resistor block, should be held in with 2 screws, it has a 2 or 3 terminal plug on it, pull it out and see if it isn't burned out. If it is used as a farm truck they tend to get grass, feed, etc. on them causing them to overheat and burn out. I think I have the location right, but its been a couple of years since I worked on one of those off-brand trucks,(sorry couldn't resist the dig)
