I agree with you on the low pay. I spent 21 years in a similar farm store. I was the store manager for the last eight of those years. I left there a couple of years ago to pursue a different career. That didn't pan out, and now I'm back at the store, except at the bottom of the totem pole this time. I'm single with no dependents, except my tractor hobby. There's no way a family man can make a living on what they pay.
