The biggest problem with all of these Farm Supply stores is that they try to sell products below the competition by keeping their overhead low and not paying thier employees enough. Lets face it the biggest single expense in an operation like that is the payroll. So you cut the payroll lower than anyone else and you can sell products cheaper. Therefore they get young kids or old retired people to work there and expect them to know everything about parts and their inventory. I had a friend that worked at the local TSC and a single guy that you would need for a parts counter person could not make a living on the 12,000 or so that they pay, and then they want you to work 6 days a week and on sundays??? I think not. That is why there is no help there and noone knows anything about what is going on. Personally I would pay a little more for the products if I had someone who could tell me something about it and maybe sell me what I need to go with it. If I wanted self service I would go to Lowes. Someone needs to tell them that price is not everything...OK, Im done ranting now..........
