I don't remember what year it was, but it was the year Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. I remember that because I had just bought some wheat out of the field from a neighbor. I was pulling about 6 tons in his new Killbros gravity box to another neighbors scales with my 4020, when suddenly there was no load. I turned around to see the wagon slowing, and heading to the right, jumping across the shallow road ditch, and plowing into another neighbors corn field. The little clip which holds the pin had broken off, and the pin jumped out. Went back up to the neighbors shop[the one whose corn field it was] got help and a chain, pulled wagon out backwards[tongue had jabbed into the ground] Went on my way with no loss! Now about Saddam Hussein. Remember what happened to wheat prices when that happened? I had already spoken for and priced this wheat! I scrambled to try to not lose on that deal. But, I could have lost big time, like a whole load of wheat, not to mention the new wagon, or any other property damage.
