Listen to the advice below. If you are needing to ask the question, DON'T DO IT YOURSELF!! Yeah, I know that's shouting but as one who had his back broken by a falling limb, I can't say it loud enough. Sure, things might go just as you planned and you'd be patting yourself on the back for how clever you are and how much money you saved. Those trees have "danger" written all over them. Even small trees can be dangerous but these have 3 things against them: 75' tall, dead, and pine. Heed the warnings and live.
