Sounds like a tractor I bought last week! It is an F-14 that someone put a pre 49 chevy 216, 6 cylinder engine into. They acually did a nice job of it and got it easy to fix things like hoses and what not instead of just stuffing the engine into it and calling it good. They added lots of lights, and wider tires and rims than was original and moved the hitch forward, recored the radiator, made a lever and linkage to work the PTO from the seat easily, streched the frame, and made a decent looking longer hood. Someone said it was an old pulling tractor but how long ago were people having tractor pulls? My guess is someone needed more power and couldn't afford a bigger tractor so they built this one out of the things at hand. This thing looks like it might have been done around the korean war time or just after. I bought it to part out but the more I look at it I think it would be a great little tractor to take to the shows and show off some good old fashioned craftsmanship. Do you guys think it would be worth selling whole? I just bought it to rob a few parts off for my F12 and sell the rest. let me know what you think.

My dad dreamed that some day he would have his own tractor with every implement he could get. When he rea
