I got a week home after 5 weeks in Albuquerque, I am back on the plane there now. It has been a huge challenge on this project as we started 3 months too late on a 8 month job, but we are making good progress. I have been working 70 hour weeks, it was a lot easier 30 years ago to do this.
Keeping folks safe has been a challenge, the product is coming back from China, so there are leaders from that site here helping. Their view of safety and mine do not line up. I have had to do 3 safety stand downs since we started. The local management has totally supported this, but the flack from the over seas visitors has worn on me. We are dealing with explosive or fatal gasses, there is no room for issues.
