No,i did not buy it new,but it was not mistreated. it was in excellent condition. The clutch was the big problem,i had with it,and im not the only one to have that problen. I know a man that had 7 560's and 1 460 he did allot of work with them,he could run the 560's for 4 or 5 years, with out a clutch problem, and only 1 year and the clutch was out of the 460 I also did not like the TA because it was free wheeling in low TA. I have hills on my farm, and free wheeling is a problem, now i know what you will say keep it in DD well that was fine for me,but try to tell someone like you wife mother or the kids. As you know i did not like the fast hitch, well i did and i didn't i had a fast hitch mower and a plow, and its nice to hook up a fast hitch, but i had my 4020 with 3pt so i was buying fast hitch stuff and 3 pt stuff and around and around we go. sometimes i wished i could have had something to use on the 460 but you can't buy new stuff for a fast hitch.I just like my John Deere's better my 520 620 and 4020 are all good tractors. i had my 4020 years before i had the 460 i got the 460 to replace the M that M was a good tractor, better then the 460 ever will be.

To the newcomer that wants to get out and use the machine for field work, you may have already hit a major roadblock. That is the dreaded "proprietary hitch". With the exception of the
