ok, ill put aside our friend Gary's remarks, for now. Murphy's law has finally hit my farm. I'll give u an overview. One of Murphy's laws for the farmer is that, If you have more than one size tractor, and you have something to do that requires large pulling power, all but the weakest tractor(s) will break down. Our tractor selection includes the following: JD G, MF 65 Dieselmatic, Farmall 300, Farmall Super C, JD 420C, Allis Chalmers B, Farmall Cub, Ford 9N, and a Case DC. We have to pick up an International 56 twine tie baler and a John Deere rake. we also have to go up some steep hills with the rake hooked to the hitch on the baler, so that rules out using the Cub and the B. well, first, the DC leaks coolant in the oil(at an astonishing rate), next, the 300 gets a hole in the block(no antifreeze, just water, bad mistake), next, the 420 lost all power, next, the front tire went out on the G, next, the 9n stopped running, next the 65 leaks fuel(at an astonishing rate), next, the super c gets a leak in the radiator. The only two tractors that run (with no big leaks) are the weakest!! Are there any other Murphy's laws that has hit any of u guys??
