I agree with Ken, the tires for my F-14 would cost more than I put into the whole rest of the restoration. Sure one goes flat over the winter, but it holds air long enough for driving around the yard and parades. Our Super MTA has brand new rubber on the rear filled with chloride even, all that does is get me stuck worse when I'm pulling feeders in and out of the corral.

New tires look nice, but the cost outweighs the benefits for most. I know that you can buy tire paint that makes them at least look better.
