Money grabbing and down right theft kill any good thing.

We had plenty of both all thru the 80's and the mentallity of the era has spread to the younger folks today.

The yuppies don't care who they have to screw out of money or property just as long as the yuppie gets it all, and have a servant so they don't have to touch anything dirty.
