Ted, With the 99's and up you don't need to change the exhuast unless you go for more than 70 hp or so I've been told. The 97's and down need a new downpipe as they are constricting. My buddy has a 70 hp chip in his 2000 and loves it! I my self have a 97 and whant to do the downpipe but mama thinks it pulls hard enough. My biggest fear is with the auto tranny. The chip boost line preasure but the extra power might cut the life expectancy down on the juicer! The gauges are nice to have especially if you tow allot or around big hills. Take care WRP
