Hi Everyone, I have a couple of older tractors. Most of the time I have no issue with generators. But there can be times when they are problematic. And it seems like a lot of alternators require sheet metal modifications to be properly fit. Recently while scouring around online I came across an company advertising replacement alternator units. These units look like and mount the same as the generators. I came across them searching out a replacement for my Moline 335 but I have other equipment that would like to upgrade as well.
Has anyone had any experience with units like this and can they give any recommendation either on suppliers or instillation ideas? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Howard Dundee, NY
