Has anyone ever had any dealings with Recovery Specialties or Keith Hewer? I bought a pedal tractor on the Yesterdays Tractor Auction from him. He emailed me where to send the money which I did the nest day. That was three weeks ago and i have not heard from him. I've sent him three emails and he has not answered any of them. Hope that I haven't been had.
