I will bet it has something to do with the exchange rate and payment delay. The exchange rate might change between the time the order was made and when the Canadian money finally is deposited in the bank YT uses. The wait can be three weeks or more. I suspect the Canadian funds goes from a Canadian bank to a US bank, then out to YT and you and I both know each bank gets a cut out of the money.
