Hello; If you want to be cheep just take it apart and go to the car wash and put some quarters in and wash it, but the best way would be to go to a engine rebuild place and have the parts dipped and cleaned properly. When you put it back together you will be better off with clean parts and knowing you won't mess up those new bearings ect. You can mess up the shop and have alot of crap to clean up and get rid of doing it the cheap way. Mark H.
