Look for a set screw with a locknut on it at the edge of the pulley{which is located on the water pump}loosen both and the pulley housing has threads on it , screw it in or out until you have about a1/2" of slack in the belt and retighten the set screw and lock nut . I am not familar with your particular model but that is how a lot of the I.H.'s worked.
