Massey 44 Diesel Value

Doesn't seem to be many guys cruising the Massey site, so I'll post here. I'll be checking out an MH 44 diesel. It's a '51 with wfe, row crop, standard hitch, good tin, poor tires, about 5000 hours, (so he says). He's asking $2000 or best, I'm thinking maybe $1200, or $1500 max. What are your opinions? Thanx in advance....Dave
