I have been driving a 92 Ford (pre powerstroke) for over 250K miles now. Only repairs so far is a new clutch about 100K ago. Still original pump. I bought ford because I needed a crew cab and I wanted a cummins at the time. If Dodge made crew cabs, I would have one. I have been happy with this ford thou and my wife bought a 99 powerstroke crew cab too and loves it. She now has 110K on it and only replaced the computer once...($4,000)...after lightning struck it. My feeling is....once you go Diesel, you won't go back to gas in a larger then 1/2 ton. Anyone know the real reason why dodge can't make crew cabs????
One of thous political games...right I heard Ford owns Cummins....is this right???
