What Bob said, need pictures of the controls. If you have the two spool valve next to the shift levers like I think you have, the LEFT lever needs locked back for three point use. For loader use, left lever needs to be CENTERED, and three point position lever placed in CONSTANT PUMPING to keep the pump on. All depends on if using the three point pump for both jobs as some early models did not have the extra auxiliary pump option inside.
