Jon, what got me to thinking about it again was the post about the disk with the gear box to throw it in and out of gear. John Deere that I am familuar with had the wheel carried disk as far as I know from about 46 and with that you could raise disk to go over water ways and things like that. I was thinking Case did not have the cylinder lift for the plow and wheel dist that early so I just wondered if that was Case's way to get the disk across the water way without digging it up. Just a thought and wondered how close I was with my thinking. Did not know of what were Case dealers untill probably 90's I found about one that was no longer a dealer and then in the 00's or later found out about what had been a different dealer. But with Dealers like that no wonder there were not any tractors around to learn anything about them. Neither one was more than a one or two person dealership.
