Great question, so I got out my book. The guy that wrote it wasn't much into the tractors or later model anything, he was very good with the steam engines, cars and threshers tho. As far as hydraulics they came out some time in the mid 40's. The only pic he showed of an early hydraulic system he mentions both 42 and 47. I think 42 it too early, but I know they had single hydraulics for sure by 47. The SC/DC came out with dual hyd with the eagle hitch in 52 and live hyd and PTO I believe in 53. The vac had eagle hitch sooner, I think in 49. Case never had hyd only for cultivator to my knowledge, they had a single valve and you used your implement hyd cylinder on the cultivator lift. Early models had a mechanical cultivator lift that worked off the PTO in the rear, the hyd cultivator lift used similar arms down by the hitch. Hopefully Loren or someone who knows will give an actual year.
