It is my understanding and all the 9N that I have seen as well as the 2N have that tag Ferguson system on them. That piece could have gotten removed at some time but if it is a 9 or 2N it has it on orignally. Now the 8N does not as Ford developed their own style of hydrolic lift, that is why the draft control position is on the 8N and not on any 9 or 2N or any Ferguson Tractors. Both my 41 9N and 44 2N bought new by Dad 75 years ago this month hafe that Ferguson System tag on them.
